I spent a decade as an osteopath working with elite athletes and senior executives. I've read hundreds of blood panels that GPs dismissed as "normal." I've treated bodies that were running on cortisol and caffeine long past the point of sustainable. I know exactly what breaks down — and precisely how to rebuild it.

ABOUT DANE
I've lived on both sides of this
I spent years building a career in high-pressure corporate environments — climbing into senior leadership, managing teams, delivering under constant demand. I know exactly what it costs. I also know what it looks like when someone's body starts sending signals that get ignored.
I didn't leave clinical practice because I found it easy. I left because I kept seeing the same pattern: executives and athletes walking in with symptoms their GPs couldn't explain, being handed generic advice that didn't account for how they actually lived. I wanted to build something better.
My training spans a decade: osteopathy, physio kinesiology under Joe Hippensteel — the therapist of the US Navy SEALs — neural therapy, IV protocols for athletic performance and immune function, lab diagnostics, nutrition science under Layne Norton at Clean Health, and coaching methodology.
I also compete. Hyrox Pro level. Ultramarathons. Powerlifting. I'm currently joining the Coast Guard Maritime Enforcement Reserve. I live the standard I hold for my clients. Not to perform it — because I believe there is no other way to coach at this level.
